Appointment Policies-
When an appointment is made. We consider this a mutual commitment and reserve the time for each practitioner for you, as the patient.

Office policy for Rescheduling & Cancellations:
Patients must give us (24 hours’) for reschedule or cancellation as notice, if they cannot keep an appointment. Without providing within the given time frame, the full appointment fee will be charged to the card on file.

Reminders & Notifications-
Reminders are a courtesy. It is the responsibility of the patient to keep track of their own bookings. We advise all patients to add bookings to their own calendars. As in an event as a technology failure, you will not miss your appointment time.

Financial Policy-
Payment is made in full on the day of service. After service is rendered. Patient will then, be emailed receipt if you have Insurance Benefits.
